Sree Raghupramathi Theertha like his predecessor left this earth without appointing his successor . Once Again, The question of selecting the suitable pontiff to the math posed before Sree Sree Sathyapramodha Theertha . At that time, he prayed Sree Sathyabodha Theertha at Savanur who indicated the suitable person in the form of Sree Narayanacharya Galagali, who became Sree Raghupriya Theertha.
Sree Sree Raghupriya Theertha as Sri Narayanacharya Galagali was the son of Sri Madhwacharya Galagali and Jeevubai. During his boy hood, Sri Narayanacharya’s thread ceremony ( Upanayana ) was celebrated along with Sri Gururajacharya Guttal ( Who was later known as Sree Sree Sathyapramodha Theertha ) . His philosophical education was done under the guidance of his father himself.
Sri Narayanacharya joined the State agricultural department and served ina various capacity in Pune, Bijapur, Gulbarga, Raichur, bagalkot etc.In all his work place, heused to preach Madhwa Philisophy and thus has a lot of followers.
Sree Sree Raghupriya Theertha was an untiring traveler and tutor. His style of teaching attracted elders as well as youngsters. One among the youngster was Sri Ananthaacharya Ramacharya Gudi who later later succeeded Sree Raghupriya Theertha in the same peeta as Sree Raghuvijaya Theertha.
Sree Raghupriya Theertha rebuilt two math buildings at Kudli & in Shimoga which were in dilapidated conditions.
He introduced the math to the nook & cornor of Karnataka, Maharashtra, Tamil Nadu, Andhra pradesh & even Goa.
Due to his undivided devotion towards God & t tenacious study of scriptures , he had the super natural powers which he used for the well being of the man kind, giving healing touch to the undisturbed souls.
He had deep faith on SRI HARI VAYUSTHUTHI and hence fondly called as VAYUSTHUTHI SWAMIJI by his disciples.
He left this earth for heavenly abode on 09-01-2009 at 05:00 a.m. leaving his lakhs of disciples in the care of SREE RAGHU VIJAYA THEERTHA
His brindavana is in Kudli and his first aradhana ( Anniversary ) is being observed on 27th,28th, 29th & 30th of December 2009.
