Sri Sathya Madhava Theertha  is the 21^st saint after Sri Madhava Theertha in the guru parampare of Tambihalli mutt.

Sri Sathya Madhava Theertha took Ashrama from Sri Veera Madhava Theertha and ruled Peeta for about 28 years. Sri Sathya Madhava Theertha had special blessings of Mukhyaprana and many miracles are associated to him. He had darshan of lord Rama and in one incident lord Rama and hanuman protected him from some miscreants and disappeared from everyone’s very sight. He was a great hanuman upasaka.

After initiating Ashrama to Sri Vijaya Madhava Theertha, he entered Vrundavana at Tambihalli.
