brindAvana: kAginele AdikEshava Temple

He was a great tapasvi. He had spent some time at the kAginele AdikEshava temple and had obtained the anugraha of AdikEshava. He entered brindavana directly in front of AdikEshava in kAginele. This vigraha was consecrated by shri vyAsarAja gurusArvabhowmaru as requested by Kanakadasaru.

Since the brindAvana was directly in front of the vigraha, several years back, some local people wanted to shift the brindAvana to a different place in the temple. At that time, shri rAjavandya tIrtharu appeared in the body of one of the assembled and instructed that he should and cannot be moved. The activity was abandoned. Even during his kalAkarshaNe, the "tuLasi male" he was wearing was as fresh as it was when he attained niryANa.
