Sri Viswabhushana Theertha took Ashrama from Sri Visweshwara Theertha and ruled the Peeta for 51 years. He was great scholar and tapasvi. It is believed that he removed bhutha, pishacha etc. to his pada sevakas. He appointed Sri Viswavandya Theertha as his successor and left his mortal body on the 5th day of Kartika Bahula.

After handing over Peeta to Sri Viswavandya Theertha, it is said that he entered Vrundavana at Ramanathapura, but place of Vrundavana needs to be confirmed after thorough research.
