Sri Srivallabha Theertha is the 9th saint after Sri Hrishikesha Theertha in the guru parampare of Palimar mutt.

Sri Vallabha Theertha took Ashrama from Sri Vidyesha Theertha and ruled Peeta for about 42 years. Not much information is available about him even though he was there in the Peeta for long time. He is believed to be great tapasvi. After handing over Peeta to Sri Jagadbhushana Theertha, it is said that he entered Vrundavana at Kashi but it needs to be confirmed after thorough research.

"ಬ್ರಾಹ್ಮಣಸ್ಯ ದೇಹೋsಯಂ ಕ್ಷುದ್ರಕಾಮಾಯ ನೇಷ್ಯತೇ। ಕೃಚ್ಛ್ರಾಯ ತಪಸೇ ಚೈವ ಪ್ರೇತ್ಯಾನಂತಸುಖಾಯ ಚ॥" ಎಂಬ ಮಾತು ಇವರನ್ನು ಕುರಿತೇ ಬರೆದಂತಿತ್ತು. ಇವರ ಜೀವನವು ತಪೋಮಯವಾಗಿತ್ತು. ಉಪವಾಸಾದಿ ವ್ರತಗಳಿಂದ ದೇಹದಂಡನೆ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಂಡು ನೈಷ್ಠಿಕವಾದ ತಪಸ್ವಿ ಜೀವನವನ್ನು ನಡೆಸಿದವರು ಇವರು. ಸುಮಾರು 38 ವರ್ಷಗಳ ಕಾಲ ಪೀಠದಲ್ಲಿದ್ದು ಶ್ರೀರಾಮನನ್ನು ಅರ್ಚಿಸಿ, ಕೃಷ್ಣಪೂಜಾ ಕೈಂಕರ್ಯವನ್ನು ಮುಗಿಸಿ ಮೆಚ್ಚಿಸಿ...ಶ್ರೀ ಜಗದ್ಭೂಷಣತೀರ್ಥರಿಗೆ ಆಶ್ರಮವನ್ನು ನೀಡಿ ಶಾಲಿವಾಹನ ಶಕ 1397, ಕ್ರಿ.ಶ 1475 ಜಯನಾಮ ಸಂವತ್ಸರದ ಪುಷ್ಯ ಶುದ್ಧ ಪಾಡ್ಯದಂದು ಪಲಿಮಾರು ಗ್ರಾಮದ ಮೂಲಮಠದಲ್ಲಿ ವೃಂದಾವನಸ್ಥರಾದರು. ಇಂತಹ ಮಹಾನ್ ತಪಸ್ವಿಗಳ ಸ್ಮರಣೆ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಾ... ಇವರಂತರ್ಗತ ಭಾರತೀರಮಣ ಮುಖ್ಯಪ್ರಾಣಾಂತರ್ಗತ ಉಪಾಸನಾ ಮೂರ್ತಿ ಸೀತಾ ಲಕ್ಷ್ಮಣ ಸಮೇತ ಶ್ರೀಕೋದಂಡರಾಮದೇವರು ಎಲ್ಲರನ್ನೂ ರಕ್ಷಿಸಲಿ.
