Sri Viswadheesha Theertha is the 9th saint after Sri Janardhana Theertha in the guru parampare of Krishnapura mutt.

Sri Viswadheesha Theertha took Ashrama from Sri Viswadhiraja Theertha and ruled the Peeta for 13 years. He acquired siddhi in Dhanvantari mantra. He cured leprosy disease of one Brahmin devotee with his mantra siddhi. Many people who had diseases got cured by applying the leftover food of the swamiji.
After handing over Peeta to Sri Viswesha Theertha, it is said that he entered Vrundavana on the banks of river Kaveri but it needs to be confirmed after thorough research.
