Sri Dharanidhara Theertha is the 13th saint after Sri Janardhana Theertha in the guru parampare of Krishnapura mutt.

Sri Dharanidhara Theertha took Ashrama from Sri Viswaraja Theertha and ruled the Peeta for 14 years. He was a great scholar and took an extensive pilgrimage tour. Not much information is available about him.
After handing over Peeta to Sri Dharadhara Theertha, it is said that he entered Vrundavana near Shuktimati but it needs to be confirmed after thorough research.
