Sri Prajnanamurthy Theertha is the 24th saint after Sri Janardhana Theertha in the guru parampare of Krishnapura mutt.

Sri Prajnanamurthy Theertha took Ashrama from Sri Yadavendra Theertha and ruled the Peeta for 31 years. He was great scholar and did Sudha mangala, Tatvaprakashika mangala for 4 times. He was proficient in complete Mahabharata Tatparya Nirnaya. He used to daily parayana of this.
After handing over Peeta to Sri Vidyadhiraja Theertha, it is said that he entered Vrundavana at Kashi but it needs to be confirmed after thorough research.
