Sri Srinidhi Theertha is the 15th saint after Madhwacharya in the guru parampare of Puttige mutt.

Sri Srinidhi Theertha took Ashrama from Sri Srinivasa Theertha and ruled the Peeta for 19 years. He wrote Tippani on Nyayasudha and it is famous as ‘Srinidhitirthiya’. He is believed to contemporary of Sri Raghavendra theertha (Rayaru).
After handing over Peeta to Sri Gunanidhi Theertha he entered Vrundavana at Udupi.

He has written a beautiful tippani on Srimannyayasudha.It was in taulava lipi.It is now published by Mantralaya Raghavendra swamy mutt.I have heard that he has written tippani for Nyayamruta also.His period is around (1637-1650).
