Sri Taponidhi Theertha took Ashrama from Sri Anandanidhi Theertha and ruled the Peeta for 26 years. Not much information is available about him. He was also great scholar. His Vrundavana is in Tirthahalli, but in kaifiyat it is mentioned as he died in Udupi.

After handing over Peeta to Sri Taponidhi Theertha he entered Vrundavana at Tirthahalli.
