भुयोभुयो भजे भक्त्या लक्ष्मीनारायणं गुरुम् ॥
Swamiji was the 9th Acharya and was shihya of Sri Raghauchandra teertha. We have read about the attempt by Guru to found eight mathas. Out of the three Shishyas Sri Lakshminarayan teerth ascended the Gurupeetha. Swamiji initiated a Vatu in Partagali as shishya and named Him Sri Lakshmikanta teertha.
Sri Swamiji improved the matha affairs and made all arrangements to run the institution smoothly. There are records that Sri Swamiji renovated various Mathas and improved the earnings. Swamiji also received many grants of lands. After initiating Shishya Swamiji went for teertha yatra HH visited Dhanushkoti, Tirupati, and came to Venupura ( Nagara)
Queen Chennammaji , who was ruling there at the time was very much impressed and happy to know that a great Saint has visited her kingdom. She came to meet Swamiji and honoured Him with one Shweta Chatra (white decorated umbrella), two Chaamaras (Royal fans), two Deepikas (lights), Conch and a Palanquin thru Brahmanas. Staying for
5 days in matha of our samaj and blessing the Queen, Swamiji came to Basroor to worship Digvijay Vithal.. From there Swamiji came to Bhatkal and then to Gokarna
After some time Swamiji went for teertha yatra again to Varanasi. Bathing in the holy Ganga and visiting Bindumadhava came to Nasik situated on the banks of Godavari river. After few days stay Swamiji attained Haripada there on Sri saka 1624 Chitrabhanu Samvatsara Phalguna Krishna saptami.
