Sri Satyadharma Theertha got his education from Satyabodha theertha. He was very poor during his Poorvashrama days and had done severe penance (Seva) to Sri Raghavendra Swami of Manthralaya, who had blessed in his dream that circumstances would so develop that he would become the pontiff of Uttaradi Mutt and win very wide name and fame not only for himself but also to his Matha.

It is believed that during Sri Satyadharma Theertha period the mutt property and wealth got increased. At the request of Mysore king he installed the idol of Varaha Swamy. He also installed Mukhyaprana idol in a big mutt in Holenarasipura which was built by Deewan Poornaiah for him. He also installed Mukhyaprana idol in Chikpet in Bangalore. It is believed that Sri Satyadharma Theertha told detailed meaning to each and every word of Bhagavatha. He wrote many Grantha’s, some of them are;

info from uttaradimutt.org---> Sri Satyadharma Teertha swami was a pontiff of great scholarship known for his great commentaries and praises of Lord where he amazingly dwells into great depths of the meanings of the words. His commentary of Bhagavata available from 7th Skandha is a paradise for the pundits.

Miserably poor during his pre-ashram days and had done severe penance (Seva) to Shri Raghavendra Swami of Mantralaya, who had blessed in his dream that circumstances would so develop that he would become the pontiff of Shri Uttaradi Matha and win very wide name and fame not only for himself but also to his Matha. No wonder then that it was he, as Annayyacharya, who spotted out the stolen Moola Rama and other vigrahas of Shri Uttaradi Matha. No wonder again that the previous pontiff Shri Satyavara Teertha got the inspiration before his death to give the pontificate to him.

It was during the 33 year, 21 days of his regime that the matha had a very eventful period. Uttaradi Matha acquired enormous honor and wealth as "Kanike" from Navabs, Peshwas, kings and Dewan Poornaiah. Most of his Sanchara was divinely inspired, as for example, when he wanted to travel north, Shri Rama of Panchavati Rama Temple instructed in a dream that he should stay in the South for some years. Again Mahalakshmi of Kolhapur ordered him in his dream to visit kolhapur. He maintained very close liaison with Deewan Poornaiah who was very happy and proud of the achievements of the pontiffs of Shri Uttaradi Matha. It is not possible to give full details of all the honors offered and wealth donated to him, in this short sketch of the pontiffs of the matha.

Suffice it to say, as far as this narration is concerned by the Muslim king of Hyderabad through a rich man Rajanarayana; honored by the king of Vijayanagar; by the Maratha king through his chieftain Khorpade, and by the king of Kolhapur who was blessed by him that he would soon beget a son and his kingdom would have plenty of everything, a draught-less century. During all these visits he defeated many Advaiti stalwarts in scholarly discussions sometimes lasting over weeks, as for example, the pandit belonging to veerupaksha Matha who had challenged the supremacy of Tatwavada, by severe adverse propaganda by publishing books like "Kali-Mahatame" and "Madhwa Tantra Mukha Mardana". The royal paraphernalia of elephants, horses and "sepoys" owned by the Shri Uttaradi Matha became extensive that when he moved from place to place on Sanchara, it was as if a mighty emperor was moving which was a sight for heavens to see.

He performed Sudha mangala 16 times during his pontificate of 33 year which is probably a record for all times. Poornaiah and the Maharajah of Mysore took intense interest in the affairs of Uttaradi Matha and bestowed large quantities of gold silver and precious stones to it to be used for and during the daily worship of the matha deities. The matha was also given ownerships of large landed properties in the State.

Once when over 12,000, people had assembled at the matha for the Theertha Prasad, Poornaiah and all who had assembled were put to great inconvenience because of heavy rain. The saint after his worship , came out in the rain and prayed. As if the rain God had heard his prayers, the rain stopped.

Once a fire broke out in the Matha store. It engulfed the entire matha and become unmanageable . It was a miracle indeed that the Swamiji, the Samsthana deities and the works of Srimadacharya could be saved by a few self sacrificing disciple of the legal documents of the matha and some wealth was destroyed. Jewellery that could not be recovered from the debris of the fire was made up by Diwan Baburao and the religious activities of the matha continued as before.

Shri Satyadharma Teertha Swamiji had a matha building built at Holehonnur with the grant of the Maharaja and stayed there for a long time. He was a facile writer and has written tippanis on many parts of Bhagavata, Tatvasankhyana, Tatva Nirnaya and others. He was a devotee par excellence .

Once it so happened that he had performed Rudrabhisheka to the deity in the Ishwara temple and was about to have his bhiksha. A very old man with Vibhuti on the arms chest and forehead came and begged that he be fed before the Brahmins Santarpane and his own Bhiksha. The Swamiji readily agreed and not only fed him personally with all reverence but sent him afterwards with all reverence and appropriate matha honours befitting an honoured guest. The old man was thoroughly pleased with great hospitality extended to him and when he went out of the matha premises he disappeared from human sight. Some fanatic Madhwa Brahmins who had assembled there were angry. The Swamiji came to know of all this criticism. He was least bothered but was content and happy with what he had done and told the complainants that time alone will reveal everything. In the evening, when the doors of the Garbhagudi of the Iswara temple were opened , lo behold ! the miraculous sight ! All the things offered to the old man that morning were on the Shivalinga. A year after this incident, he bade his followers goodbye and passed away peacefully, after handling over the reins of the Matha to Shri Satyasankalpa Teertha. Swamiji's Brindavana is in Hole-honnur.

ಶ್ರೀ ಸತ್ಯಧರ್ಮ ತೀರ್ಥರು ಮಹಾನ್ ಅಪರೋಕ್ಷಜ್ಞಾನಿಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಒಬ್ಬರು, ಅದಲ್ಲದೆ ಅದ್ವಿತೀಯ ಗ್ರಂಥಕಾರರು.  ಶ್ರೀಗಳು ಉತ್ತರಾದಿ ಮಠದಲ್ಲಿ ಕಳೆದು ಹೋದ ಮೂಲ ದೇವರ ಪೆಟ್ಟಿಗೆಯನ್ನು ಪುನಃ ಸಂಸ್ಥಾನಕ್ಕೆ ತಂದು ಕೊಟ್ಟವರು. ಶ್ರೀಗಳು ಉತ್ತರಾದಿ ಮಠದ ಶ್ರೀ ರಾಮದೇವರಿಗೆ ನವರತ್ನ ಮಂಟಪವನ್ನು ಸಮರ್ಪಿಸಿದವರು.

ಶ್ರೀಗಳು ಬರೆದ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಗ್ರಂಥಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಶ್ರೀ ವಾದಿರಾಜರನ್ನೇ ಅನುಸರಣೆ ಮಾಡಿರುವುದು ಬಹಳ ವಿಶೇಷ. ಅದಲ್ಲದೆ ಶ್ರೀ ವಾದಿರಾಜರನ್ನು 'ಅಸಮ ಸಮ..' ಎಂದು ಕೊಂಡಾಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಶ್ರೀಗಳು ತಮ್ಮ ಅನೇಕ ಗ್ರಂಥಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಶ್ರೀ ರಾಜರ ಋಜುತ್ವವನ್ನು ಕೊಂಡಾಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ.ಉದಾಹರಣೆಗೆ 'ಭಾಗವತ ವ್ಯಾಖ್ಯ, ರುದ್ರ ನಮಕ ಚಮಕ' ಗ್ರಂಥಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಹೇಳಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಶ್ರೀಗಳು ರುದ್ರ ದೇವರ ಅಂಶ ಎಂದು 'ಶ್ರೀ ಸ್ವಾಪ್ನವೃಂದಾವನಾಖ್ಯಾನದಲ್ಲಿ' ತಿಳಿಸಿದೆ. ಶ್ರೀಗಳ ವೃಂದಾವನದ ಮುಂದೆ ಈಗಲೂ ಎರಡು ಲಿಂಗಗಳು ಇರುವದನ್ನು ಹಾಗೂ ಗಂಗಾ ಸನ್ನಿಧಾನ ಇರುವುದನ್ನು ನೋಡಬಹುದು. 

ಶ್ರೀ ಸೋದೆ ಮಠಾಧೀಶರಾದ ಶ್ರೀ ವಿಶ್ವೊತ್ತಮರು ಅಲ್ಲಿಗೆ ಭೇಟಿ ನೀಡಿ ದರ್ಶನ ಮಾಡಿದಾಗ ಯಾರಿಗೂ ಆಗದ ಅನುಗ್ರಹ ಶ್ರೀವಿಶ್ವೊತ್ತಮರಿಗೆ ಆಗಿದೆ. ಶ್ರೀ ವಿಶ್ವೊತ್ತಮರು ಮಂಗಳಾರತಿಯನ್ನು ಮಡಿದ ತಕ್ಷಣ ಕಾಣದಾಗಿದ್ದ ಗಂಗಾ ಸನ್ನಿಧಾನದಿಂದ ಗಂಗಾ ಪ್ರತ್ಯಕ್ಷವಾಗಿ ಅನುಗ್ರಹವಾಗಿದೆ. ಶ್ರೀ ಸತ್ಯಧರ್ಮ ತೀರ್ಥರು ಹೊಳೆಹೊನ್ನುರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ವೃಂದಾವನಸ್ಥರಾಗಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

ಶ್ರೀಮದುತ್ತರಾದಿಮಠದ ಪೀಠವನ್ನೇರಿದ ಮಹಾನುಭಾವರಲ್ಲಿ ಶ್ರೀಸತ್ಯಪೂರ್ಣತೀರ್ಥರು, ಶ್ರೀಸತ್ಯವಿಜಯತೀರ್ಥರು, ಶ್ರೀಸತ್ಯಪ್ರಿಯತೀರ್ಥರು, ಶ್ರೀಸತ್ಯಬೋಧತೀರ್ಥರು, ಶ್ರೀಸತ್ಯಸಂಧತೀರ್ಥರು, ಶ್ರೀಸತ್ಯವರತೀರ್ಥರು ನಂತರ ಅದೇ ಕ್ರಮದಲ್ಲಿ ಪೀಠವನ್ನಲಂಕರಿಸಿದವರೇ ಇಂದಿನ ಕಥಾನಾಯಕರಾದ ಶ್ರೀಸತ್ಯಧರ್ಮತೀರ್ಥರು.  

ಶ್ರೀಸತ್ಯಬೋಧತೀರ್ಥರು ಸವಣೂರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ವೃಂದಾವನಸ್ಥರಾದ ನಂತರ ರಾಜ್ಯದ ಎಲ್ಲೆಡೆ ಅರಾಚಕ.  ತನ್ಮೂಲಕ ಆಂದೋಳನೆ. ಶ್ರೀಸತ್ಯಬೋಧತೀರ್ಥರ ಶಿಷ್ಯರಾದ ನವರತ್ನ ಶ್ರೀಅಣ್ಣಯ್ಯಾಚಾರ್ಯರನ್ನು ಕಾರಾಗೃಹದಲ್ಲಿಡುವ ಸಂಚೂ ನಡೆಯಿತು.  ವಿಷಯ ತಿಳಿದ ಪೂಜ್ಯ ಆಚಾರ್ಯರು ಶ್ರೀವಾದಿರಾಜತೀರ್ಥ ಭಗವತ್ಪಾದರ ಸನ್ನಿಧಾನವಾದ ಶ್ರೀಸ್ವಾದಿ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರಕ್ಕೆ ಬಂದು ಸೇವೆ ಮಾಡಲು ಶ್ರೀರಾಯರ ಸನ್ನಿಧಾನಕ್ಕೆ ಹೋಗುವಂತೆ ಸ್ವಪ್ನ ಸೂಚನೆಯಾಯಿತು.  ಅದರಂತೆ ಶ್ರೀಮನ್ಮಂತ್ರಾಲಯ ಪ್ರಭುಗಳ ಸನ್ನಿಧಾನಕ್ಕೆ ಬಂದು ಸೇವಾ ಮಾಡಿ ಅನುಗ್ರಹ ಪಡೆಯುವದೊಳಗೆ, ಶ್ರೀಸತ್ಯಬೋಧತೀರ್ಥರ ಕರಕಂಜಸಂಜಾತರಾದ ಶ್ರೀಸತ್ಯಸಂಧತೀರ್ಥರು(1783-1793), ಶ್ರೀಸತ್ಯವರತೀರ್ಥ(1793-1796) ರಿಗೆ ತುರ್ಯಾಶ್ರಮ ನೀಡಿ ಮಹಿಷಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ವೃಂದಾವನಸ್ಥರಾಗಿದ್ದರು. ಶ್ರೀಸತ್ಯವರತೀರ್ಥರು, ಅಂದಿನ ಕಾಲಮಾನಸ್ಥಿತಿಯನ್ನನುಸರಿಸಿ, ಅಂದಿನ ಶ್ರೀರಂಗಪಟ್ಟಣದ ದಿವಾನರಾದ ಕೃಷ್ಣಾಚಾರ್ಯ ಪೂರ್ಣಯ್ಯನವರ ಸಲಹೆ ಮೇರೆಗೆ ನಾಮಗೊಂಡ್ಲುನಲ್ಲೇ ವಾಸಮಾಡಿದ್ದರು. 

ಪ್ರತೀದಿವಸ ವೈಭವದ ಶ್ರೀರಾಮದೇವರ ಪೂಜೆಯನ್ನು ನೋಡಿ ಕಣ್ಣುಕುಕ್ಕಿದನೋರ್ವನು ಶ್ರೀರಾಮದೇವರ ವಜ್ರವೈಢೂರ್ಯಾದಿ ಆಭರಣಗಳಮೇಲೆ ಮೋಜುಗಾಗಿ ಶ್ರೀರಾಮದೇವರ ಪೆಟ್ಟಿಗೆಯನ್ನೇ ಕಳುವುಮಾಡಲು, ಖಿನ್ನರಾದ ಸ್ವಾಮಿಗಳು ದೇವರ ಪೆಟ್ಟಿಗೆ ಸಿಗುವ ವರೆಗೆ ಉಪವಾಸದಿಂದಲೇ ಇರುವವರಾದರು.  ವಿಷಯತಿಳಿದ ದಿವಾನ ಪೂರ್ಣಯ್ಯನವರು ಧಾವಿಸಿಬಂದು ವಿಚಾರಿಸಿ ಅನುಮಾನಿತರಮೇಲೆ ಛಡಿಯಿಂದ ಹೊಡಿಸಲು ಭಯಗ್ರಸ್ಥನಾದ ದರೋಡೆಗಾರನು, ಆಭರಣಗಳಿಲ್ಲದ ಶ್ರೀರಾಮದೇವರ ಪ್ರತೀಕವನ್ನು ಬಾಳೆ ಎಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸುತ್ತಿಟ್ಟು ಊರಹೊರಬದಿಯ ಬಾವಿಯ ಪೊದೆಯಲ್ಲಿಡಲು, ಅದೇ ವೇಳೆಗೆ ಶ್ರೀಮನ್ಮಂತ್ರಾಲಯ ಪ್ರಭುಗಳ ಅನುಗ್ರಹ ಪಡೆದು ನಾಮಗೋಂಡ್ಲುನಲ್ಲಿ ಚಾತುರ್ಮಾಸ್ಯ ದೀಕ್ಷೇಯಲ್ಲಿದ್ದ ಸ್ವಾಮಿಗಳ ಸನ್ನಿಧಾನಕ್ಕೆ ಬಂದ ನವರತ್ನ ಶ್ರೀಅಣ್ಣಯ್ಯಾಚಾರ್ಯರಿಗೆ ವಿಷಯ ತಿಳಿಯುತ್ತದೆ.  

ಮರುದಿವಸ ಮುಖಪ್ರಕ್ಷಾಳನೆ, ಸ್ನಾನ, ಜಪ ಇತ್ಯಾದಿಗಳಿಗಾಗಿ ಊರಹೊರಬದಿಯಲ್ಲಿದ್ದ ಬಾವಿಗೆ ಬರಲು, ಪೊದೆಯಲ್ಲಿದ್ದ ಬಾಳೆ ಎಲೆಯಮೇಲೆ ಇವರ ದೃಷ್ಟಿ ಬಿದ್ದು ನೋಡಲು, ಕಳುವಾದ ಶ್ರೀರಾಮದೇವರ ಪ್ರತೀಕ ಕಾಣಿಸಿತು.  ಸಂತೋಷದಿಂದ ದೇವರನ್ನು ಸ್ವಾಮಿಗಳ ಸನ್ನಿಧಾನಕ್ಕೆ ತರಲು, ಸ್ವಾಮಿಗಳು ಸಂತೋಷದಿಂದ ಎಂದಿನಂತೆ ವೈಭವದಿಂದ ಪೂಜೆ ಮಾಡಿ ತೀರ್ಥಪ್ರಸಾದ ಸ್ವೀಕರಿಸುವುದರ ಮೂಲಕ ತಮ್ಮ ಉಪವಾಸ ದೀಕ್ಷೆಯನ್ನು ಮುಗಿಸಿಬಿಟ್ಟರು.  ಆದರೇ ಆ ಸಮಯಕ್ಕೆ ಸ್ವಾಮಿಗಳಿಗೆ ದೇಹಾಲಸ್ಯವಾಗಿದ್ದಿತು.  ಹಿರಿಯರ ಸಲಹೆ ಮೇರೆಗೆ ಶಿಷ್ಯ ಪರಿಗ್ರಹಣ ಮಾಡಲುದ್ಯುಕ್ತರಾದರೂ, ಕಳುವಾದ ಶ್ರೀರಾಮದೇವರ ಪ್ರತೀಕವನ್ನು ತಂದ ನವರತ್ನ ಶ್ರೀಅಣ್ಣಯ್ಯಾಚಾರ್ಯರೇ ಯೋಗ್ಯರೆಂದು ಭಾವಿಸಿ, ಪಿಂಗಳನಾಮ ಸಂವತ್ಸರ ಶ್ರಾವಣ ಶುಕ್ಲಪಕ್ಷ ಪಂಚಮಿ (ಗರುಡ ಪಂಚಮಿ)ದಿವಸ ತುರ್ಯಾಶ್ರಮನೀಡಿ, "ಶ್ರೀಸತ್ಯಧರ್ಮತೀರ್ಥ"ರೆಂದು ಕರೆದರು.  ಎರಡನೇ ದಿವಸ ಅಂದರೇ ಪಿಂಗಳನಾಮ ಸಂವತ್ಸರ ಶ್ರಾವಣ ಶುಕ್ಲಪಕ್ಷ ಸಪ್ತಮೀ ದಿವಸ ಇಂದಿನ ಕಥಾನಾಯಕರಾದ ಶ್ರೀಸತ್ಯವರತೀರ್ಥರು(1796) ನಾಮಗೊಂಡ್ಲುನಲ್ಲೇ ಹರಿಪದಂಗತರಾದರು.  

ಇಂತಹಾ ಶ್ರೇಷ್ಠವಿದ್ವನ್ಮಣಿಗಳಾದ ಇಂದಿನ ಕಥಾನಾಯಕರು, ಶ್ರೀರಂಗಪಟ್ಟಣದ ಶ್ರೀರಂಗನಾಥದೇವರ ದರ್ಶನಾರ್ಥ ಬರಲು, ಅಲ್ಲೇ ರಾಜಕಾರ್ಯಾರ್ಥ ಅಂದಿನ ನವಾಬ ಟಿಪ್ಪು ಇವರು ಬಂದದ್ದು ಗಮನಿಸದೇ ಇದ್ದದ್ದು ನೋಡಿ ಪೂರ್ಣಯ್ಯನವರಿಗೆ ಬೇಜಾರಾಗಿತು.  ದರ್ಶನ ಮಾಡಿಬಂದ ಮೇಲೆ ಸ್ವಾಮಿಗಳನ್ನು ನೋಡಿ ತನ್ನ ಉದ್ಧಟತನಕ್ಕೆ ನಾಚಿ ಜಾಗೃತನಾಗಿ ಭಯಭಕ್ತಿಗಳಿಂದ ತನ್ನ ಕುಲ ಧರ್ಮದ ಪ್ರಕಾರ ವಂದಿಸಲು, ಸ್ವಾಮಿಗಳು ದಿವಾನರಜೊತೆ ಈ ಸುಲ್ತಾನನ ಅರ್ಜಿತಪುಣ್ಯವೆಲ್ಲಾ ಇಷ್ಟರೊಳಗೆ ಮುಗಿಯುವದರಿಂದ ಹೆಚ್ಚುದಿನ ರಾಜ್ಯವನ್ನು ಆಳಲಾರ.  ಇದು ಪರಕೀಯರ ವಶವಾಗುತ್ತದೆ.  ನಮ್ಮ ಆರಾಧ್ಯದೇವರು ಇಲ್ಲಿರುವಾಗ ಈ ದುರ್ಘಟನೆಯು ನಡೆಯಬಾರದೆಂದು ಹೇಳಿ ಕೆಲವೇ ದಿನಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಅಲ್ಲಿಂದ ಮುಂದಕ್ಕೆ ಪ್ರಯಾಣಮಾಡಲು, ಸ್ವಾಮಿಗಳ ವಚನದಂತೆ ಬ್ರಿಟಿಷರ ಜೊತೆ ನಡೆದ ಯುದ್ಧದಲ್ಲಿ ಟಿಪ್ಪು ಮರ್ಣೋನ್ಮುಖನಾಗುತ್ತಾನೆ.

ಸ್ವಾಮಿಗಳು ಅಭಿಜಾತ ಕವಿಗಳು, ತಲಸ್ಪರ್ಶಿ ಪಾಂಡಿತ್ಯ, ಅನಾದೃಶ ಕಾವ್ಯ ಪ್ರತಿಭೆ, ಶಕುನಶಾಸ್ತ್ರ ಪ್ರತಿಭೆಯೊಂದಿಗೆ ಚಮತ್ಕಾರ ಪೂರ್ವಕವಾದ ಸರಸಮಾತುಗಾರಿಕೆಗಳಿಂದ ಪ್ರಸಿದ್ಧರಾದ ಇಂದಿನ ಕಥಾನಾಯಕರು, ಮಹಿಸೂರಿನ ಅರಮನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಶ್ರೀಶ್ವೇತವರಾಹದೇವರನ್ನು ಪ್ರತಿಷ್ಠಾ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಇಂತಹ ಪೂಜ್ಯಸ್ವಾಮಿಗಳ ಮಹಿಮೆಯ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ತಿಳಿಸಲಸಾಧ್ಯ. ಈ ಮಹಾನುಭಾವರು ಕ್ರೀ.ಶ. 1830ಕ್ಕೆ ಸರಿಹೋಗುವ ಶ್ರಾವಣ ಕೃಷ್ಣ ಪಕ್ಷ ತ್ರಯೋದಶೀ ದಿನದಂದು ಶ್ರೀಕ್ಷೇತ್ರಹೊಳೇಹೊನ್ನೂರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಹರಿಪದಂಗತರಾದರು. ರುದ್ರಾಶರೆಂದೇ ಖ್ಯಾತರಾದ ಇಂದಿನ ಕಥಾನಾಯಕರು, ಶ್ರೀಸ್ವಾಪ್ನವೃಂದಾನಾಖ್ಯಾನೋಕ್ತ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಗಳೂ ಹೌದು. ಇಂದಿನ ಕಥಾನಾಯಕರ ಕುರಿತು  ಶ್ರೀಆಖ್ಯಾನದ 18ನೇ ಅಧ್ಯಾಯ ಮೌದ್ಗಲ ನಾರಸಿಂಹ ಪ್ರಕರಣದಲ್ಲಿ  .........ನಾರಸಿಂಹ್ಮ ನರಶ್ರೇಷ್ಠ ಯಥಾ ಸರಸಭಾರತೀ | ತವಜಿಹ್ವಾಗ್ರಗಾ ತದ್ವದ್ವೃಂದಾನಕೃತಿರ್ಭವೇತ್ ||  ನಾರಸಿಂಹ್ಮ ನರಶ್ರೇಷ್ಠ ನರಕೇ ರವಿನಂದನ: | ಅಹ ಯದ್ವಚನಂ ಚಾಗ್ರೇ ಹಯಗ್ರೀವಮುನಿಂ ವದಾ || .........ಹೇ ಮೌದ್ಗಲನಾರಸಿಂಹ ತವಸಂತತಸೇವಯಾ | ಮಾಭೂತ್ಕಲತ್ರಪುತ್ರಾಣಾಂ ಹರಿಷ್ಯೇ ಮ್ಲೇಂಛಬಂಧನಂ|| ಎಂದು ವರ್ಣಿತವಾಗಿದೆ.  

ಅಂದಿನ ಶ್ರೀಮತ್ಸೋದಾ ವಾದಿರಾಜಮಠಾಧೀಶರಾದ ಶ್ರೀವೃಂದಾವನಾಚಾರ್ಯರನ್ನು, ಶ್ರೀಸತ್ಯಧರ್ಮತೀರ್ಥರು ತಮ್ಮ ಮಠಕ್ಕೆ ಬರಮಾಡಿಕೊಂಡು ವೈಭವದ ವ್ಯಾಸಪೂಜೆಯನ್ನು ಮಾಡಿಸಿ ಸಂತೋಷಪಟ್ಟರು.  ಜಗಾಮ ತೀರ್ಥಯಾತ್ರಾಯೈ ಮಧ್ಯೇಮಾರ್ಗಂ ಚ ಹಂಸರಾಟ್ | ಸತ್ಯಧರ್ಮ ಇತಿಖ್ಯಾತೋ ವಾದಿರಾಡ್ ಭಕ್ತಿಪೂರಿತ: | ಗುರುಂ ಸ್ವಮಠಮಾನಾಯ್ಯ ವ್ಯಾಸಪೂಜಾಮಕಾರಯತ್ || - ಶ್ರೀವಿ.ಪ್ರಿ.ವಿ.ಪ್ರ - II - 29,30

ತಮ್ಮ ವೃಂದಾವನ ಶಿರೋಭಾಗದಲ್ಲಿ ವಾಸವಾಗಿರುವ ಶ್ರೀವಾದಿರಾಜತೀರ್ಥ ಭಗವತ್ಪಾದರಿಗೂ ಪ್ರತೀನಿತ್ಯ ಹಸ್ತೋದಕ ಕೊಡಲು ಹೇಳಿದ್ದರು. ಶ್ರೀಮಹರುದ್ರದೇವರ ಸನ್ನಿಧಾನವಿದ್ದಲ್ಲಿ, ಮೇಲಿರುವ ಗಂಗಾಳದಿಂದ ರುದ್ರದೇವರಮೇಲೆ ನೀರು ಬೀಳುವಂತೆ, ಶ್ರೀಸತ್ಯಧರ್ಮತೀರ್ಥರ ಬೃಂದಾವನಮೇಲೆಯೂ ಗಂಗಾಳ ಇತ್ಯಾದಿಗಳು ಇಲ್ಲದಿದ್ದರೂ ನೀರು ಬೀಳುತ್ತಿದ್ದವಂತೆ.  ಆದರೇ ಈ ಮಹಿಮೆಯನ್ನು ನೋಡಲು ನಮಗೆ ಭಾಗ್ಯವಿಲ್ಲ.  ಆದರೇ ಸೋದೆ ಶ್ರೀವಾದಿರಾಜಮಠದ ಶ್ರೀವಿಶ್ವೋತ್ತಮತೀರ್ಥ ಶ್ರೀಪಾದಂಗಳವರು ಈ ಮಹಾನುಭಾವರ ಸನ್ನಿಧಾನಕ್ಕೆ ಸ್ವಾಮಿಗಳ ಗಂಗಾಲಹರಿಯನ್ನು ಹೇಳುತ್ತಾ ಬರಲು, ಅಂದು ಮಳೆ ಇಲ್ಲದಿದ್ದರೂ ನಿಂತುಹೋಗಿದ್ದ ಗಂಗೆಯು ಪುನ: ಪ್ರತ್ಯಕ್ಷಳಾದಂತೆ ಇಂದಿನ ಕಥಾನಾಯಕರ ಬೃಂದಾವನಮೇಲೆ ನೀರು ಬೀಳುವ ದೃಶ್ಯವನ್ನು ನೆರೆದಿದ್ದ ಎಲ್ಲರೂ ಈ ಚೋದ್ಯವನ್ನು ನೋಡುವದಲ್ಲದೇ ವೀಡಿಯೋದಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ಸೆರೆ ಹಿಡಿದಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
