Sri Vedanidhi Theertha brought many lands as gifts to the mutt. He got his education from his guru Vidyadheesha Theertha. He is contemporary of Sri Raghavendra Theertha. Sri Vedanidhi Theertha was honoured by the Nawab of Tiruchirapalli and granted some villages as a gift to the Matha. He was the recipient of many royal gifts. He gave Ashrama to Ranganathacharya and named him Satyavratha Theertha and also instructed him that he, in turn should give Ashrama to Kaulagi Raghupatacharya. After handing over the Peeta to Satyavratha theertha he entered Vrundavana at Pandarapura.

His name was Koratagi Pradyumnacharya prior to his sanyasa deeksha. Shri Vidyadheesha Teertha handed over the reigns of Shri Matha at Vyasa Asharam. He was a great spiritual luminary with tremendous spiritual powers. He was adorned for his saintly character, profound scholarship and great yogic power by the virtue of the mantrasiddha of "Narayana Astakshari".
Shri Vedanidhi Teertha was honored by the Nawab of Tiruchirapalli and granted some villages as a gift to Shri Matha. He was the recipient of many royal gifts. Shri Vedanidhi Teertha was a contemporary of Shri Raghavendra Teertha who was a great spiritual guru of the time incarnated for the upliftment of satvik souls and who possessed unparalleled mastery over the Madhwa shastra. Shri Raghavendra Teertha heard much about the Swamiji particularly of his miracles. Shri Raghavendra Swamiji happend to meet Shri Vedanidhi Teertha at Kumbhakonam. Shri Vedanidhi Teertha ruled the pontificate throne of Shri Uttardi Matha for a short period and entered the Brindavana in Pandharpur.

Kindly post the small book"Atyanu Brhma Karma" in Sanskrit with Marathi translation, authored by late Sri. Pradyumna Acharya Verkhedkar on Youtube as the book is out of print, so that it can be downloaded. . The book is of immense importance to lakhs of Marthi speaking sishyas of Uttaradi Matha, who do not know Kannada. Alternatively the Pandharpur Vedanidhi Teertha Mutth should reprint a new edition of the above book.
